Fix Website Chat Connection Failed

A connection error means the Website loaded the chat area but TROPIKAL could not safely serve the Website Chat Component for that page.

Restore the Component

1. Open Websites and select the affected Website.
2. Open Website Chat.
3. Confirm the Component is Active and setup is complete.
4. Open Setup and confirm the live Website address is allowed.
5. Save the Component again if its connection needs refreshing.
6. Publish or refresh the Website and send a short test message.

For connected Websites, the current same-origin loader is:

Do not add browser tokens, publish tokens, permanent keys, or retired identity attributes. Do not broaden the allowed Website list merely to make a test pass.

If the error continues, contact support with the Website URL, visible error, and approximate test time. Never include install codes, cookies, or private credentials.
