A calmer, clearer interface — and full-screen Job setup
A broad design pass quiets the interface, fixes light mode across the product, and raises accessibility. Heavy Job configuration moves into focused full-screen screens with a go-live checklist, and the tropikal.dev member portal gains a board, comments, files, and meetings.

Quieter chrome
All-caps labels are gone, page headers lost their noisy kicker line, healthy status indicators are now quiet, destructive buttons stay neutral until the confirmation step, and raw machine values no longer reach the screen.

Copy across the app was rewritten in plain, sentence-case language, with engineer-speak removed.

Light mode and accessibility
Light theme is now correct across the app, the member portal, and the marketing sites, several of which were previously dark-only. Contrast was raised to meet WCAG AA, and keyboard and screen-reader gaps were closed.

Heavy configuration — the public embed, account and folder access, and the booking schedule — now opens in its own focused full-screen screen instead of a cramped inline form.

The deploy screen now shows a checklist of everything a Job still needs before it can go live, with each item linking straight to where you fix it.

Honest readiness and plainer validation
The deploy panel no longer says a Job is ready while blocking errors sit right below it, and validation now reads in plain language, such as "Step 1: add instructions." The guided editor is also fixed in light mode and fits laptop screens.

One consistent chat, aware of your screen
Every chat bubble now opens with the same calm backdrop, closes with Escape or a click, and respects reduced-motion settings. Chat can also read what you are currently looking at, so it can answer about the page in front of you.

The tropikal.dev client portal gains a drag-and-drop board with a Done column, rich-text comments, image and file attachments, scheduled meetings with a Google Meet link, and AI summaries of meeting transcripts.
