Website Components get one clear home

Website Chat and Calendar Booking are now documented and managed as Website-owned Components, separate from customer Jobs. Booking setup is clearer, saves from the Component page, and returns complete Calendar availability across the configured horizon.

A broad design pass quiets the interface, fixes light mode across the product, and raises accessibility. Heavy Job configuration moves into focused full-screen screens with a go-live checklist, and the tropikal.dev member portal gains a board, comments, files, and meetings.

    The Job editor is easier to read, all of its copy is now translated so German users no longer see English, and the knowledge count in the operating-context card is now accurate.

    The website owner-chat bubble was refusing to answer on almost every turn that used a tool. The per-turn budget now limits only model spend, so chat answers from the work it completed or gives an honest reason instead of a canned refusal.

    The Connect dashboard now shows each job route with a status badge, its public invoke URL with a copy button, when it was last used, publish, pause, and delete controls, and a detail page listing recent invocations.

    Adding a job route now picks the backing action from a searchable dropdown with a live preview of its inputs, outputs, and the invoke URL to use in your embed, replacing a field where you had to type an exact name.

    A production issue that could make the whole route-management view break was fixed, and routes that take no inputs can now be published, paused, and deleted cleanly.

A complete appointment-booking system arrives, and Jobs gain stop, pause, and pre-flight checks so a misconfigured Job can't quietly burn credits. Trials and plans get simpler, and knowledge can be attached to a single Job.

    You can stop a running Job, and pause or resume a scheduled one. The on and off state is now honest instead of silently disabling itself after an edit.

    A Job that would fail — a missing account grant, a blocked step, a revoked connection — is now caught before it can publish or run, so it can't quietly burn credits. A scheduled run that can't start shows up as a visible failed run instead of vanishing.

    You can attach knowledge sources to a specific Job so its steps can search them at run time.

    Private knowledge stays private

    Each knowledge source has a visibility setting, hidden by default and enforced at retrieval, so private knowledge can never appear in public website chat answers.

    Deleting an account is smoother: passwordless accounts get a seamless re-authentication step, and a cancelled subscription no longer blocks deletion.
