Website Components

A Website Component is a visitor-facing feature installed on one connected Website. TROPIKAL currently provides Website Chat and Calendar Booking.

Components and Jobs have different homes:

Website Component Job
Belongs to one Website. Belongs to the workspace.
Set up from the Website page. Created and edited from Jobs.
Uses Active, Paused, and Not set up. Has runs, work steps, and review.
Never appears in the Jobs list. Can be selected for an automation or, when explicitly allowed, as a Website Chat tool.

TROPIKAL may use managed runtime records behind a Component. You do not need to find, edit, or run them. The Component page is the only setup and management surface.

Manage a Component

  1. Open Websites.
  2. Select the Website you want to change.
  3. Choose Website Chat or Calendar Booking from the component gallery.
  4. Complete setup and save.
  5. Test the live Website.

Pausing a Component stops that Website feature without changing customer Jobs. Removing it disconnects the feature from that Website.
