Connect Developer Troubleshooting

Use this page when a connector installs but Connected Data does not appear or an approved action cannot run.

SymptomWhat to check
Package cannot be installedConfirm the package name, PHP version, framework version, and Composer access.
Local admin screen is missingConfirm the package is installed, enabled, and registered with the host system.
Connect button failsConfirm the current user is an administrator for the website system.
No Connected Data appearsEnable Read for at least one business object, then sync again in Tropikal.
Write is deniedEnable Write for that object and confirm the request uses approved writable fields.
Delete is unavailableEnable Delete for that object. Write does not include Delete.
Publish is blockedComplete the required review or approval step before publishing.
Signed request is rejectedConfirm the connector and Tropikal are using the same connection state and that the request was not replayed or modified.
n2n Rocket operation is missingThe connector may have hidden the operation because the Rocket API path is not safely available for that entity.

What to Include When Reporting an Issue

Include:

  • Connector package name and version.
  • Website system and version.
  • The visible error message.
  • The object and grant you expected to use.
  • Approximate time of the failed setup, sync, or action.

Do not include passwords, browser cookies, private credentials, or full request payloads that contain customer data.
