Websites Dashboard

The Websites dashboard connects Tropikal to approved site resources. Once a site is connected, owners can inspect resources and ask the website workflow to read, draft, or update content within the permissions chosen for that site.

  1. Open Add website.
  2. Choose the setup path available for your account.
  3. Pick or create the workflow that should represent the site.
  4. Choose approved resources and permissions.
  5. Test the connection before using website chat for changes.

Manual setup remains available for support-assisted cases where an existing compatible site connection is ready for direct registration.

What website chat can do

Website chat should start read-only:

  • List resources the connection exposes.
  • Show available fields on a resource.
  • Search or summarize approved content.
  • Find drafts or recently updated records.

After read-only prompts work, you can test small draft or update actions. The workflow should confirm before destructive or broad changes, and the connection should reject fields or actions that were not explicitly approved.

Live status

While the workflow runs, the dashboard can show operation states such as running, done, and error. Treat those states as an audit trail for the current conversation, then use your site administration tools for deeper review.
