Websites Dashboard

The Websites dashboard connects TROPIKAL to approved Connected Data. Once a site is connected and synced, jobs can use those business objects for safe website work such as reading content, preparing drafts, or publishing reviewed articles.

  1. Open Add website.
  2. Enter the website name and website URL.
  3. Save the website.
  4. Click Validate to check readiness.
  5. Click Connect when readiness passes.
  6. Click Sync Connected Data to make approved website objects available to jobs.

What the dashboard shows

Column Meaning
Website The connected website and URL.
Connection Whether TROPIKAL is connected in the background.
Data readiness Whether the website can be used by jobs.
Connected Data How many business objects are synced.
Last sync When the object list was refreshed.

What website chat can do

Website chat should start read-only:

  • List approved content the connection exposes.
  • Search or summarize approved content.
  • Find drafts or recently updated records.
  • Prepare a small draft or update when the matching Connected Data access is available.

Use review before publishing or making broad content changes.

When something is not ready

Status What to do
Validate required Open the website and click Validate.
Connected, sync needed Click Sync Connected Data.
Blocked by policy Read the readiness message and contact TROPIKAL support if needed.
No publish destination Sync Connected Data and confirm the website exposes a publish action.
