Websites Dashboard
Each Website has one space containing its connection, preview, Connected Data, activity, and Components. Once Connected Data is synced, customer Jobs can use approved objects for reading content, preparing drafts, or publishing reviewed articles. Website Chat and Calendar Booking are managed as Components in this same Website space and never appear in Jobs.
Recommended path
- Open Add website.
- Enter the website name and website URL.
- Save the website.
- Click Validate to check readiness.
- Click Connect when readiness passes.
- Click Sync Connected Data to make approved Website objects available.
- Open a Component card to set up Website Chat or Calendar Booking.
What the dashboard shows

| Website Chat | The Website-owned visitor chat Component. |
| Calendar Booking | The Website-owned availability and confirmation Component. |
| Activity | Recent Website and Component outcomes. |
What website chat can do
Website chat should start read-only:
- List approved content the connection exposes.
- Search or summarize approved content.
- Find drafts or recently updated records.
- Prepare a small draft or update when the matching Connected Data access is available.
Use review before publishing or making broad content changes.
When something is not ready
| Status | What to do |

| Validate required | Open the website and click Validate. |
| Connected, sync needed | Click Sync Connected Data. |
| Blocked by policy | Read the readiness message and contact TROPIKAL support if needed. |
| No publish destination | Sync Connected Data and confirm the website exposes a publish action. |
